Funny listening to arguments that people don't have the judgement to vote on judges, but that we must give them the right to vote on something that will impair their judgement more.
My favorite is the argument that following the Constitution and electing the judges would corrupt the judges because they would have to campaign for the office.
Instead, we should let elected people who campaigned for their offices select the judges for us.
